We currently ship to the following countries:

• Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Czech Republic
• Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

As each piece is carefully prepared, orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the European Union in order to avoid high shipping and customs costs. We are working on expanding our international shipping options.

Returns

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned:
• Unused
• In perfect condition
• In their original packaging

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use.

Return Fees

• Belgium: €7 (free returns when dropped off at our studio)
• Other European Union countries: Return shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hier-dp.com.
We will provide you with a return shipping label. You can then drop off your parcel with the designated carrier.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received at our studio.
You will receive a confirmation by email. Refunds are then issued via bank transfer within 7 business days.
In the event of a withdrawal from the purchase, only the value of the returned items will be refunded
